Learn Our Process

STEP 1: Design ConsultationMeet with a FAS representative at one of our design centers in Tampa Bay to discuss your project. We will discuss your needs, color selection, hardware options, and if available – we will discuss measurements.

STEP 2: Estimation & ProposalAfter a design consultation takes place – a member of our team will be assigned to your project to accurately estimate your project. After signing an agreement to start your project. A deposit is taken.

STEP 3: MeasurementsA FAS team member will meeting you at the site of your project where final technical measurements are taken at your home to ensure accurate products and materials are ordered for a proper fit.

STEP 4: PermittingOur team will order and organize permit paperwork. Next, our staff will order materials.

STEP 5: Material DeliveryYour products will be delivered to our warehouse in Tampa. A team member will quality control for scratches or dents and ensure all materials were delivered correctly.

STEP 6: Production CoordinationA FAS Production Coordinator from will call to schedule your install.

STEP 7: InstallationCertified installers will arrive at your home to install your new windows and/or doors.

STEP 8: InspectionAfter install, we will call an inspector to inspect that your job was done properly. The inspector will pass your final inspection & will let your municipality know.

STEP 9: Quality ControlA post-service quality control inspection is scheduled and completed by our expert care team to ensure that the installation and product is up to the FAS standard.
